Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

I love these lights. I ordered these for my car but I wanted to hide the long cords because I have a beetle so i left them with my boyfriend untill I came back 20mins later and he can't get enough of it. the lights are very bright. The cords are very long so you can really put them anywhere in your car even the ceiling. the lights really move to the music you play. I love them ill be ordering me another set since he's enjoying mines too much lol

Not sure if I caused it or if it arrived torn but the wiring has a tear in it. I opened it in the car and installed it as soon as it came, I didn’t notice until it was installed. It worked fine so I left it installed. The QR didn’t work for sometime had to try many times to get the app for the controls. Including a business card with QR code and app name (HappyLighting) would be very beneficial.
